1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 1 day of delivery if:

3. Return Request Process

5. Exchange or Item Change After Delivery
If you wish to exchange or change the product after delivery (e.g., color, model), this service is available under the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in original condition

The request must be made within 1 day of delivery

A fixed handling fee of 60 TND will apply (includes pickup and redelivery)
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Inspection & Approval
All returned or exchanged items are inspected upon receipt. Boulehya Home reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges if:

It is returned incomplete or not in original packaging

It does not meet our policy conditions
Inspection typically takes 3–5 business days.
7. Refund Process
If a return is approved:

A refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 7 business days
Unapproved returns will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:
